Tracks & Trails

Are you looking for somewhere to hike on a weekend or perhaps during the week? You’ve come to the right place. Below are what I would consider to be some of the best hiking tracks in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Whether it be the Grampians or Wilsons Prom, Arthurs Seat or Trolltunga, there is something in here for everyone of all hiking abilities.

Each track report includes information on distance, difficulty level, track information, highlights, as well as some images that will give you an idea about what to expect.

Furthermore, as each hike is tracked using WikiLoc, you’ll be able to click through to The Hiking Society WikiLoc account at the end of each track blog and take a further look at the stats.

You’ll also be able to download the trail map should you be using the WikiLoc app yourself.

But, let’s face it, there’s nothing like getting out there and experiencing it first-hand.

Whilst I have tried to include the best hiking tracks around the world, I have also tried to include some other not-so-well-known hiking tracks that you might not have heard of.

This section of the website will be never-ending as there will always be hiking tracks to be explored.
